like dip the tip of a pencil in paint? It seems like it would help to keep a steady hand. I don't really understand that part, but I do understand flattening the brush to make the hairs more individual and if they stay that way they can do several hairs at once. There was a youtube video where a lady developed her own paint brush that had several different brush sections to do several hairs at a time. Thank you very much for this help! It's awesome

I always use a small pencil with longer hair and load it with paint -than press the brush on the palet until all the hairs stand out. With each stroke you now can paint several hairs at the same time. And keep loading the pencil for every new stroke.Let me know if it worked for you. It does take some practice and only works on a wet background. Succes!!!

no, I only added a new picture because here the colors are more like the actual painting. It is very difficult to make good pictures from a painting! Love

Hey so your art is really awesome, I think you could really help me. I'm not so great with hair but I understand the basics of how to paint it, I just have this problem that I can't make super fine lines with oil paints. If the brush is tiny it won't hold any paint and I can't keep such a steady hand to make a fine line, when I've tried before it's kind of a line then gets a huge blotch in it then goes all wobbly. Is there a technique or a specific brush you can recommend?
